1. Half-Kneeling Wood Chop
Bend one knee and keep it on the ground. Place the other leg backward as per the picture. Hold dumbbells or any long luggage in both hands. Move your hand to the right shoulder as pictured. Then bring it down to the left side of your waist. Repeat this exercise multiple times. Then sit on the other knee and repeat the process from the other side. You can repeat this exercise according to your ability.

2. Dead bug
The process of this exercise is to run the back and forth like ants. The first thing you need to do to do this exercise is to sleep with your back. Position the hand directly in front of the chest as pictured. Shape the knees parallel to the knees. Now move the left hand upward and the right leg straight down. That is to do the opposite combination of feet and hands. Bring it back to normal position and take the right hand over the head and the left foot downward. Repeat this exercise as often as possible.

3. Butterfly sit-up
Sleep on the back. Attach both hands in the direction of the head. Shape the knee into a butterfly with the knees as shown in the picture. Soak the soles of the feet together. Now get up and join hands and touch the feet. Keep the neck and back straight while doing this. Then take your hands back. You can repeat this exercise according to your ability.
